VA examiner general: Veterans sanatorium in Ohio unsuccessful to follow infection control policies

– A Department of Veterans Affairs sanatorium in Dayton unsuccessful to follow infection control policies, and procedures were disregarded by a dentist indicted of unwell for years to emasculate apparatus and change gloves between patients, according to a Monday news from a VA examiner general’s office.

The report, formed on a Dec examination during a Veterans Affairs Medical Center, follows a allegations being levied during a dentist final year by associate employees. It says that dental managers knew about infractions though didn’t respond reasonably and that compulsory annual training on infection
