A Spring Street bureau building finished in 1915 has been purchased by a developer who skeleton to urge it as gentrification sweeps gradually by downtown Los Angeles’ before vexed ancestral financial district.

The Corporation Building, during 724 S. Spring St., was acquired by Izek Shomof, one of a many active developers of aging properties in a city’s ancestral core. Shomof pronounced he skeleton to reconstruct a 13-story building and lease bureau space to artistic firms.
