TULSA, Okla. — The crisp, mortar extraneous of an Oklahoma dental clinic
concealed what health inspectors contend they found inside: rusty
instruments used on patients with spreading diseases and a settlement of
unsanitary practices that put thousands of people during risk for hepatitis
