Building schools in Afghanistan: One man's conflict for preparation is his approach to give back

Dr. Mohammad Khan Kharoti, a Portland proprietor and owner of a nonprofit Green Village Schools, has worked tirelessly to settle schools in Helmand Province where he grew up

Dr. Mohammad Khan Kharoti has been waging a conflict in Afghanistan for scarcely 13 years.

Not with a bullets and bombs compared with a war-torn country, though a good conflict in that a 70-year-old Portland proprietor and local of Afghanistan has advocated and lifted supports for classrooms, chalkboards, scholarships, mechanism labs, propagandize reserve and books.

It’s a pacific quarrel in that Kharoti has worked to rise relations and build a trust needed
