Manchester dentist faces some-more charges over Medicaid fraud

CONCORD — A Merrimack County Superior Court grand jury has indicted a Manchester dentist on 29 additional charges of equivocating earthy justification in tie with purported Medicaid fraud.

Dr. Nicholas Marshall, who practices during 835 Hanover St., is indicted of presenting medical annals with altered diagnosis records for Medicaid patients in 2006, 2007 and 2008 in response to a New Hampshire Department of Justice grand jury subpoena.

The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of a Attorney General’s Office brought a charges opposite Marshall, who is a Chester resident.
